At ELESPA HEV, his role will be instrumental in building scalable manufacturing infrastructure, streamlining operations, and executing large-scale deployment strategies. His deep understanding of execution dynamics, vendor coordination, and on-ground project management will significantly strengthen our transition from prototype development to mass manufacturing.

He is an entrepreneur and sustainability advocate focused on clean energy and responsible technology innovation. He has over 30 years experience of entrepreneurship. He serves as Founder Director of Bhaskaren Energies India Private Limited, a renewable energy enterprise advancing next-generation Compressed Biogas (CBG) and Liquefied Biogas (LBG) technologies to support a carbon-neutral energy future.

He also serves as Director of Privacy Global, a division of Green Point Global, working in Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) compliance, consent management, and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) advisory services. His work spans clean energy, emerging mobility technologies, and digital governance.

He is an energy sector professional with over 20 years of experience across natural gas infrastructure, city gas distribution (CGD), business development, and energy market strategy. Academically, He holds a PGDM Degree in Energy & Marketing from India's Premier B school MDI Gurgaon. He has also completed his MS-MBA (Dual degree in IT & Marketing) From S.N.H.U USA . He has held senior leadership roles with leading organizations including MNGL (a JV of GAIL India and BPCL), Think Gas Distribution, Great Eastern Energy, and Gasonet Services.

With deep expertise in CNG and PNG ecosystem development, regulatory engagement with PNGRB, and large-scale market expansion, he has successfully led initiatives in gas infrastructure deployment, industrial and domestic gas adoption, and strategic energy marketing.
